I realized what management is really like, they don't really care to help you unless they take a liking to you, there's no job security, coworkers are unprofessional, & unpleasant to work with, most of them are dumb, & uneducated, very high school mentality, cliques, a lot of favoritism, the turn over rate was pretty high at the store I worked in, it was ridiculous a revolving door. The pay isn't great for the amount of work that you do. My experience was very bittersweet, in the beginning it was a fun & a great job to work at depending on who was on the shift.
